Assembly Features
The design prioritizes ease of assembly and mechanical stability. Slide-fit pins enable efficient and reliable alignment, while integrated threads and isolators eliminate the need for external nuts, simplifying the setup process. The inclusion of high-resilience O-rings and shielding gaskets ensures leak-proof operation with minimal compression pressure. Thickness adjustments for the O-ring and gasket can be made to accommodate electrode specifications.
Customization
We offer extensive customization to meet the specific requirements of your research or industrial needs. This includes material selection, electrode thickness adjustments, flow field pattern, multi-stack configuration and modifications to fittings and components to ensure optimal compatibility with your experimental setup.
Temperature control
The system includes two 30 W heating cartridges (120–240 V) and a K-type thermocouple. These components are compatible with PID controllers, providing precise temperature regulation and monitoring during operation.
Holder and Electrical Connections
The electrolyzer is equipped with a holder that secures its position on the working surface while providing thermal and electrical isolation. The integrated electrical socket connections are designed for compatibility with banana plugs, which are included in the package to ensure secure and reliable connections.
Tubing and Fitting
The PEEK fittings are designed for chemical compatibility, electrical isolation, and ease of use. These fittings are optimized for 1/8-inch tubing connections. The package also includes 2 meters of PTFE tubing and four push-to-connect fittings to facilitate setup.
